Call Out Requests

Our call out service is perfect for priority jobs such as water leaks, isolation of electrics or any other task that need someone to attend at short notice, our service reps can also collect and upload vital info for online collaboration to get the job done.

We operate a simple call out system based on current levels of contractor availability, Once your request has been submitted an ‘alert’ will automatically be sent to the local contractor group in your area, if available a contractor will respond shortly with an ETA and payment link.

The call out charge includes all travelling time and the first full hour on site as well as any consumable items used, if the issue cannot be resolved within 1 hour a quotation can be generated to allow the job to be completed either immediately or within an agreed timeframe.

Our basic attendance service includes:

• Guaranteed response time
• 60 mins ‘on site’ time
• Initial assessment, safety critical tasks
• Job assessment, data/images uploaded to specialist teams & any quotations issued
• Basic repairs
