Contractor call out service
We offer two different types of call outs to our clients.

Our call out service is perfect for jobs that require someone to attend at short notice to make an initial assessment, we can carry out any priority tasks such as attend to water leaks, secure the area and make the area safe, our service reps can also collect and upload vital info for online collaboration to get the job done.

The technical call out service can be booked here also and provides you with a mobile field rep who can visit your clients business, carry out basic tasks, collect images, data, video etc and upload it for your review, they can also live stream and are available at all times via blutooth headset to get the job done
The call out charge includes all travelling time and the first full hour on site as well as any consumable items used, if the issue cannot be resolved within 1 hour a quotation can be generated to allow the job to be completed either immediately or within an agreed timeframe.

We are currently only operating in the South Birmingham area as indicated on the illustrated map but hope to roll out a full service in all areas soon.
Once your request has been submitted an ‘alert’ will automatically be sent to the local contractor group in your area, if available a contractor will respond shortly with an ETA and payment link.
The contractor can attend premises in any areas shown on the map, they will attend and arrange and co-ordinate any jobs required to suit the customers needs.
