We operate a simple call out system based on current levels of Service Representative availability, all call out requests are automatically sent to the local Service Representatives WhatsApp group with the address of property, brief description of issue and contact details of person to liaise with, subject to availability a Service Representative will respond with an ETA and payment link and contact you for further details if required.

The call out charge includes all travelling time and the first full hour on site as well as any consumable items used, if the issue cannot be resolved within 1 hour a quotation can be generated to allow the job to be completed either immediately or within an agreed timeframe.
